OTECI, Office Technique d'Etudes et de Coopération Internationales, was founded in 1979 by leading French internationally operating companies. As all French CESES Member Organisations, OTECI works from the principle of professional voluntary assistance to small and medium-size enterprises and institutions. There are approx. 800 highly qualified volunteers on the expert roster who are executing assignments in France and at inter­national level throughout the world. The annual volume is about 180 national and 120 international assignments. Apart from the head office in Paris, OTECI maintains six regional offices in France
