ISES , Italian Senior Expert Service, was established in 1985 and has 900 Senior Experts on the roster. As all Italian CESES Member Organisations, ISES aims at demand driven assistance to small and medium-size enterprises in developing economies. So far, approx. 240 missions have been implemented all over the world. Apart from agriculture, the main industrial sectors are textiles and clothing, chemical engineering, food and general management. ISES also maintains close co-operation with the academic world and, quite uniquely, has a tutor programme for young people domestically, as well as alongside Senior Experts in the field
