EGEE, Entente des Générations pour l'Emploi et I'Enterprise, was founded in
1979 and maintains a register of 2300 Senior Experts. As all French
CESES Member Organisations, EGEE works from the principle of
professional voluntary assistance to small and medium-size enterprises
and institutions. Traditionally, EGEE works predominantly in the home
country; about 1100 assignments are implemented annually. More recently,
EGEE is expanding into international operations. Small enterprises
apart, EGEE experts help young people entering the working world.
Expertise is constantly updated by new members and training.
